The Townsville 500 is set to take place at the Reid Park Street Circuit in Townsville, Queensland from July 10 to July 12, 2026. As part of the Supercars Championship, this event promises to deliver a weekend of top-tier racing action.

What to expect this year

The Townsville 500 will unfold over three days, starting with two thirty-minute practice sessions on Friday, followed by a 100 kilometre race. Saturday's schedule includes a fifteen-minute qualifying session and a top ten shootout, leading into a 200 kilometre race. Sunday mirrors Saturday's format with another qualifying session, top ten shootout, and a concluding 200 kilometre race.
